1.How can I pay for my online purchases?

You can pay by T/T, PayPal, and Western Union. Please note that we will charge 30% deposit produce, 70% balance before shipping. And if you want to finish your payment online, only PayPal is accepted. And if you prefer other offline payment methods, please contact our staff.

2.How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You will receive an Order Confirmation email from Aitbags.com after you have successfully placed your order. Containing order detail information, it will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please print and retain as your records. If you did not receive a confirmation email for any reason, please click the resent button.

3. What can I do if I received a wrong merchandise or a defective product?

If your online order contains a product that has a material or manufacturing flaw, we will confirm whether there are some problems in delivery or the product has quality problem. Please contact us and we will pick up the product for inspection and better assistance.

4. About Customs Duty

All international orders are subjected to duties, taxes, and fees as determined by their local government. For any detailed information about duty and fees that are associated with the shipment, please contact the local government.

5. Does your company do OEM special orders?

We can manufacture special OEM orders for you in your desired style & color. This would be considered as a special order and could take about one month for delivery. So if you are ordering it for a special occasion, please take the delivery time into consideration. For more details, please contact us.

6. Can I change or edit my order once it has been placed?

We are sorry to inform you that you cannot change or edit the order information (includes billing and shipping details, changing items, combining orders or adding items to the existing order) once it has been placed. If you insist to changing or canceling your order, please contact our staff in ten days after you confirm the order.

7.Do you ship to my address?

Before you place the order, you could tell us your address. We will check and confirm it for you.

8. How do I place the order?

1) Sign in your account (for new customers, please sign up)

2) Select your favorite product and add to cart

3) Fill in the product quantity and click check out

4) Choose your shipping address from address book or fill in the new shipping address

5) Please read our terms and conditions before confirming the order

6) After order confirmed, please click continue

7) Please confirm your shipping address, name, phone NO., products and item quantity Click confirm order

8) You have successfully made the order, please select your favorite method to proceed payment
