HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?
Purchasing online is made easy. Simply click on CATALOG, and browse through the products displayed according to the style. Click Order Now should you wish to purchase the item. You will then be forwarded to the Shopping Cart.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL ARE AUTHENTIC?
All my products are only designer inspired. We do not sell copies, replica or fakes. All our products are designed by our own R&D department.
I WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT THE ITEM?
All products are clearly described. However, if you wish to ask questions, please don't hesitate to email us and we can answer all your questions on the product information, or personal queries.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
All the items displayed online are currently in stock. If for some reason, the item becomes unavailable after you have purchased it, I will personally contact you and make other arrangements. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.
If you wish to purchase an item that is not in stock, please email us to find out if there is a waiting list for that item. Waiting lists are only available for current styles that have sold out, and made available on a later date. Please note, you will only be charged at the time the product is available.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

- I've ordered and paid already, when do I get my package?
Once your order and payment has been received, your package will be processed. It usually takes 1-3 business day for the order to be dispatched. - An email will be sent out to you once the package has been sent with the shipping details to be tracked online.
- Do you wholesale or bulk order?
For bulk or wholesale order, please contact us for assistance. - Is my package insured?
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed, they are no longer covered by insurance. - Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. For the Australian Orders, they can be tracked on the Australia Post website. You will receive a notification with the Express Post Number.
International orders can be tracked, please email us for more information as we will need to assist you tracking your item. - How do I return or exchange an item?
Requesting an exchange or refund can be arranged. We do offer 30days money back guarantee. If you wish to exchange or return the item, please contact us immediately so that we can agree on an arrangement. To be fair, you will need to return the item as the same condition as it was sent: Brand New, Unused and with tags still attached.
WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
All correctly returned products will either be refunded back to your credit card or the same form of payment method you used to pay the transaction. You will be required to ship the item back before refund will be issued. Please be aware that it can take up to 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
